I found the 500mg to be strong enough to help relieve my shoulder and neck pain from a neck surgery I recently had done. A friend of mine used it on her finger that was stiff and hard to bend. Although I ordered Lavender it didn't have a very strong smell. The jar was hard and waxy on the top but was soft once I got down in it. Perhaps I should have stirred it up as it may have been on the shelf for a while. I still liked the results....Thank you!
