How CBD Salve with Clary Sage Works to Provide Tension Relief

Our full-spectrum CBD salve with clary sage helps relieve tensions by combining all the benefits of CBD and clary sage as well as the other natural ingredients our salve for tension has.

When the salve starts penetrating the skin, CBD starts interacting with the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which helps regulate several functions such as mood, pain, inflammation, and appetite, among others. How to Use our CBD Salve for Tension

To get the most benefits out of our CBD sable for tension, start by washing your hands. Then, apply a small amount to the affected area and massage gently. The areas in which you apply it depend on where you want to relieve tension from. For example, for menstrual cramps, you can apply it to the lower abdomen. You can also apply it on areas where you have hot flashes and joint pain. For muscle spasms, you can just apply it directly to the area where you’re feeling the spasm. You can also combine it with other product types, such as organic CBD oil. Lastly, remember to inhale it (once applied) softly, so it penetrates the olfactory system, which is one of the areas in which clary sage is most effective.

Storage

Store your CBD salve for tension in a dry place at room temperature away from direct sunlight to maximize its lifespan. Coconut oil has an extremely low melting point. If the salve becomes too soft, simply stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Refrigeration may solidify the salve but will extend its lifespan.

I found the 500mg to be strong enough to help relieve my shoulder and neck pain from a neck surgery I recently had done. A friend of mine used it on her finger that was stiff and hard to bend. Although I ordered Lavender it didn’t have a very strong smell. The jar was hard and waxy on the top but was soft once I got down in it. Perhaps I should have stirred it up as it may have been on the shelf for a while. I still liked the results….Thank you!
