Why do people use CBD products?

Why people use CBD products is a complicated questions. If you talk to ten different people and you'll likely get ten different reasons they take CBD products. However, despite all of the chatter, few people really know the uses of CBD. That's because officially, there aren't any. So is everyone crazy? Just taking a series of products that don't do anything for them? No. They aren't crazy. But legally, no one who sells CBD is allowed to tell you what it may or may not do to those who take it.

CBD Oil, made from multiple compounds found inside of the "cannabis sativa" genus of plants, are legally available in 48 US states (excluding Idaho and Iowa). Specifically those CBD products that are manufactured using industrial hemp. Marijuana-derived CBD is only available in states where medical or recreational marijuana use has been legalized. The two plants--hemp and marijuana--are cousins and there is little difference is the CBD oil produced from each. Our products are made with organically-grown hemp.

How CBD interacts with the human body

CBD interacts with the human body's own endocannabinoid system (ECS). This is a biological system, believed to responsible for transmitting a number of cognitive and physiological processes, that influence a person's mood, appetite, pain response, memory and more. The ECS is made up of neurotransmitters that help the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system to operate. Cannabinoids that bind to the receptors in this system can give it a boost. What boost can it give this system? Again, no one can legally answer that question for you. Crazy right? Laws. They can be a real bummer.

Since CBD products are relatively new, their uses are still being studied. Only one CBD-based pharmaceutical has been approved by the FDA so far.
